Theres never a magic number when it comes to how long you need to train and exercise for. Never worry about that sh!t or use it as an excuse. Like, oh, I didnt/dont have the time for a 60 minute work out! Who says thats what you need! Lol. I can show you ways to train/condition your enitre body in 10 minutes that will leave you begging to stop. The bottom line is this; put in some WERK. Dont ever think about time. If you have 10 minutes, give me 1 set of 5 MINUTES on a wall squat, 50 rows and 50 pushups. That will easily satisfy the need :)
