Theres no more challenge really. Our species has far advanced that there is no more competition really. What happened to exploring and finding information? Everything could have been interesting and kept the curiosity. Most of the worlds information can be found everywhere. Internet, libraries, existing knowledgeable professionals, etc. The point is, why explore the world when information is already in a textbook? Theres your answer: were all enclosed in walls, never really see the outside world much because we are too busy what we in an organized civilization want us to do. What if society crumbles into chaos, then settles down, the earth is a quiet wasteland? Then society will rebuild again anyways. Never less, there will still be people above us. What happened to learning for fun and not have to worry about an exam next week? This will be on the test, and this will not be on the test You are trained to not do things your own way.
