Theres no real deterrant for these scumbags even if they are caught. Crime and punishment in this country is an absolute joke. Poor girl. People who are brave enough and the have a go heros are thin on the ground. Id like to think if Id sen this I would try to do something useful - and then itd be me that went to prison when the perpetrator sues ME for assault. Pathetic! No wonder no one respects the justice system in this (former) great country.
