Theres nothing like getting the weekend kicked off early with pulling a nooner at work, get a jump on the Saturday chores and hitting road for a walk WAY ahead of schedule on a Friday afternoon! You can tell theres a change in the air with the way the wind was blowing in my face, head on as I was heading up hill! But even though at the time, it seemed that I was going no where, fast.....that I was well on my way to yet another great trek out on a beautiful fall day! The early start gave me a little extra time to go a little bit farther, and Im looking really forward to hit mid-weekend stride tomorrow with putting one foot in front of the other for even more distance and really picking up the pace with some great tunes which pushed me harder and harder today! Ready for some SU football tonight and will be more than ready to get up and going tomorrow! Therell be no sitting tomorrow on Sat-urday! :) youtu.be/o-0lAhnoDlU
