Theresa shares: I am having real trouble getting my 12 year old asd son to school. He moved to secondary school last September and has struggled going ever since. He is high functioning asd so lots of the time i am told he isnt bad enough for extra help. I am despairing ad he is bigger than me and hits me, if i try to get him out of bed. The school are threatening to send me to court as his attendance is low. I am even debating home schooling him, as it is heart breaking sending him somewhere he is so unhappy. The problem with that is, he wont do any work for me. Any suggestions would be of use. Thank you.
