These are pictures from from my surgery I had on July 2nd. I had a 3 1/2 cut made from across the neck horizontally, and a 2 2 2/3 diagonally under my left arm pit. This is where they placed the implant. The neck area site was cut b/c they took a nerve stimulator and wrapped it around the vagus nerve which leads all the way to the brain stem. the implant will send electrical impulses every 5-10 minutes through the brain to prevent permanent brain damage, wow that was one hell of a surgery narrogate in short time. there are a couple of pics below, not very pretty ones though, anyways everybody take care thanks for the prayers and well wishes. love you all
