These are some of the questions asked in majority of the interviews- especially in technical and managerial roles: - What is the biggest risk you have ever taken Solution: Explain about some new technology that you used to optimize the existing solution, how it initially seemed to failed but resulted in success later - What would you do if your team mates do not agree with you Solution: Explain that you try to convince them initially stating -that you are going to try a prototype and implement it only if it is acceptable, then work on the prototype and let them understand the benfit - How will teach databases to an 8 year old kid Solution: Just explain it using simple terms that an 8 year old kid can understand without using any complex terminologies. Use simple terms like table for database, columns for attributes, objects for entities, storage systems for database management system and mathematics for sql queries - What is that you did not like in your last job Solution: Talk about the technology or the boring work but do not talk about any person or your manager - Why should we hire you Solution: Explain about your qualification, your skills that match exactly with the job requirements. Prove that you have exactly the same skills and experience the company is looking for.
