These are the Frontal Neurovasculars! We mentioned holding them many times here, - to come back to calm, clear and cool ;), disconnect the fight/flight/freeze response, neutralize a stressful emotion and turn off a stress response when thinking about a particular sitiation, present, past or future one. The situation might stay the same, but it will stop flooding your blood with stress hormones, loosen its grip on you and, basically, you will be able to see it differently, with the stress ingredient out of the picture...
