These are the oils that come in the Premium Starter Kit. If you are already a member, they are in the Everyday Oils pack. I use every single oil in this picture. I use Frankincense on my face, I put a drop under my tongue for my immune system, and I diffuse it with Peace & Calming at night to calm me after a stressful day. I use Lemon in my water to help with alkalinity and to give me some pep. I put Valor on for confidence, stress and anxiety (I make a lotion bar with this oil and it is in my pain cream). I also put a drop under my tongue twice a day. I use Purification in my homemade deodorant and I also put it on my Yorkie Jack to keep ticks away. If I am feeling irritated toward someone, I will put some over my liver. I use Panaway in a cream that I make for my husbands back. I have also used this on my son who has back pain due to scoliosis. I put Joy over my heart before heading out to work in the morning and I also wear it in my diffuser necklace and smell throughout the day. I use the Peppermint in my morning smoothie and love the taste. It helps with my digestion too. I put Peace & Calming on the bottoms of my feet each night before bed as well as diffusing it. I put a drop of Lavender in my apple cider vinegar/honey drink each day as well as rubbing in on the back of my neck each morning and evening to help with tension. I use Stressaway throughout the day. Note: The Stressaway does not come in the Everyday Oils pack. It does however come with the Premium Starter Kit.
