They can also look at five things that we regard as being really important. One is good sleep. The second is being present or mindful, the third is being active physically, the fourth is creativity, and the fifth is eating well. And if you look at sleep, presence, activity, creativity and eating, the first letters stand for SPACE. So giving yourself space every day I think is extremely important.
