It seems to me obvious that, just as we were not created to eat unripe fruit, the very idea of inseminating an unripe, unready woman (one who is much below 18, whose pelvic space is not fully dilated and which therefore may not be big enough to deliver a child) should be repulsive and hateful to any real man. Some of these child brides in places like Pakistan simply stay in labor until they die of exhaustion because the babys head is too big to move through a childs birth canal. You may say that this knowledge didnt exist in the seventh century. But the one true prophet of God would have known it, since his life was to become an example for the rest of us.
