They gave out water guns at a picnic, and one of the kids used his to spray the former police chief. The 74 year old ex-cop grabbed the kid and told him not to do it again. The kids grandmother saw what happened and hit the man in the back of the head with a water bottle, so he pushed her down and she broke her wrist. A grand jury found that there was enough evidence to charge him with third-degree terroristic threats, second-degree aggravated assault, and third-degree aggravated assault.
