They have hit water once again! The team was about at the point of giving up on this second well, dust was flying everywhere, dry as a bone, then they hit a trickle of water. They decided to go a bit deeper and suddenly they hit a great pocket of water, beautiful clean water! John said the villagers went wild with celebration, singing and dancing with joy. You can only truly understand this if you realize how precious water is here in this dry, dusty, thirsty land. In March and April temperatures can soar above 120 degrees with the heat visibly radiating in shimmering waves from the hot ground. Many people walk miles for water, and that is numerous trips every single day, just to survive! This water, this precious gift of life, improves the quality and longevity of their lives. Then the local believers are able to share with the lost in their village about the love of Christ that brought the men across the ocean to work and pay for this gift for them. They share about the living water! Kingdom work! Thank you so much for praying! The team hopes to perhaps move on to the next village tonight and possibly work a half day tomorrow. The remaining men will then rest until Sunday evening when they will go back out to camp to begin work on Monday morning. Ben and John are bringing in the two men who will be flying out tomorrow night, and Ben will then return for drilling with the new team member that flies in late tonight. Keep praying, this is now 3 successful wells this week, a real miracle!
