They were not able to furnish summer rates as they may be going up this season. But they will be higher than the off season rates. Prices vary according to the site: nightly....$35 -$40 weekly.....$150 - $225 monthly....$300 - $350 Monthly rates include water and wifi (which has been upgraded and has been good for us), but electric is metered and extra. Full hookups at all sites. There is no cable tv, no laundry facilities, no club house, no pool. Pets are allowed for rvers. We have 3 dogs and 2 cats. Sites are clean.
