Theyre Poor, Theyre Incarcerated--so if the get sick--so what? IN medieval times that was the prevalent view--but in our modern humanistic society there is no place for this torturous abuse of people in the state of Alabama--or any of the 49 other states in our union. Time for some role reversal--and for the guards and management staff in question to have some time on the OTHER SIDE of the cell door --in OLEs view.
