***** Thief Alert ***** Tis the season for the thieves (drug addicts, dirtbags, etc) to steal from those that work for their stuff. In the past week or so, the Hurricane Police have answered 10+ calls where peoples cars have been broken into and things stolen. In every instance, the owner had left their car doors unlocked. This is just the number of vehicles broken into inside of city limits. Throughout the region, the numbers are astounding. Please lock the doors on your vehicles, your home and your outbuildings and take other measures necessary to protect yourselves and your family from becoming a victim of a thief.
