Things Ive learned while in Vegas… 1. Colorado people can never complain about heat… 2. Trying to get your single friend a date out here- probably costs money. And possibly a few extra shots of penicillin. 3. Buffets kick ya in the wallet-- and they burn whats close to your wallet the next day. (buttonhole reference for the mentally slow) 4. Being an experienced Vegas drinker… some of the people that I thought were attractive at 3am dont look as good when youre sober… 5. The older you get, the earlier you go to bed. All 4 of us were passed out by 10pm last night. Whats next? Show tunes for Doug? Yup. 6. Having that reliable friend with you is appreciated a lot more when youre old… when youre young, that person was called annoying as f. 7. Being able to call your Vegas trip work is pretty damn badass. 8. The friends you make/the contacts you meet… EVERYTHING happens for a reason… dont be a douche- because YOU determine what happens each step of the way in life. Appreciate what people do for you- both little things and big. Dont take people for granted. Remember to say please and thank you. And for petes sake- wash your hands when you go pee! Youre sitting at my poker table! All I see is your ding dong on my poker chips!
