Things are going very well for Luke and our family. He was discharged from the hospital Wednesday evening. He had therapy for several hours yesterday, but he got to see Santa Claus last night! Weve hung out here at the Ronald McDonald house all day today and just enjoyed all four of us being together. Tomorrow marks four months since his surgery and God has truly worked a miracle in our boy once again. Last week was a complete turn around from what we expected to happen. There is no other explanation than divine intervention. Everyone involved in Lukes care during this journey have been surprised and amazed. We shouldnt be... it is exactly what we have prayed for. :) He has an appointment on Monday and has to be put to sleep for another bronchoscopy on Tuesday. They are hoping to see that his airway has healed. We are hoping the same, and praying nothing more needs to be done and we can spend Thanksgiving at home as a family :) Thanks again to everyone for prayers, messages, calls, gifts, and love. We are forever grateful for each and every thing that everyone has done for us. THE MAN is looking good!
