Think about future always makes me so worried. Everyone is usually told that just lives for present, neither for future nor for past. However, it is not very simple to do that. You say you do not consider the future life or do not remain any memory in the past, which means you are not a human being. How can I do a job without caring for the next place I want to be in the future, how can I have motivation to get something in the future, and how can I be a person at present without concerning the past. Maybe I worry about my future because I am not sure about my present way of life. I am not sure to work at a particular job which I like. This job makes me so confused whether I will have a comfortable, happy life in the future or not. This job, as I think, is not a promotion-prospect job, in first year, I do this, in the second, I still do this, and in n year, I also do it if I do not leave it. It does not make me feel safe.
