Think carefully about how you want to showcase the blurbs you’ve secured in your book proposal. If you have a blurb by a big name, put it front and center on your website and on the title page of your proposal (and make sure to include the author/celebrity’s name and their accreditation: “author of ____”, or “actress”). If the endorser is not well known, just include their blurb in your marketing section. And be careful not to include too many blurbs by unknown people--no more than three, ideally.
