Think on this... Samsons hair was cut, he was awakened to his enemies coming at him from every side and he thought...Ill just shake em loose like Ive always done. But the text says that he had no idea that God had left him. Stay connected to God by all means. Its scary to be under attack. Its scary to think of Gods withdrawn presence but its a downright tragedy to find this out when youre surrounded by your troubles. It doesnt matter who leaves or abandons you this life so long as the Lord is with you. However, it doesnt matter who stands by you if the Lord withdraws his presence. As the song says, father I stretch my hand to thee; no other help I know. If thy withdraw thyself from me whether shall I go. Stay with God and hell stay with you. Now bless the Lord and think on this!!
