Thinking: In a team, company, society, whatever, actively looking for someone to blame is a horrible way to solve problems. If youre solving a problem and find someone or a group of people at the center of it, I guess thats one thing. But if your goal is just to shove the problem off on somebody else, theres no guarantee youll actually solve it. Sure, people are routinely PART of the problem, but that doesnt always mean they, themselves, are THE problem. Big difference. We should be a bit more discerning. Anyway, thanks for reading.
