Thinking about selling my house next summer, but where to move..... thinking at least 5 acres with nothing on it yet. Build a 1500+sq.ft. shop with a full bath and start a 2-3 bedroom log guest cabin to live in for a few years while planning and building my custom log 6+ bedroom 6000-8000sq.ft. forever home. I prefer more property but wont leave the thompson okanagan shuswap area to get it. Having a moto track, trails or place to wheel on my own land would be awesome though.
