Third random rant is kind of a repeat...the word retarded is wrong and improper english unless it is being used to describe something being held back and/or slowed down. This word is extremely hurtful to the millions of people around the world who suffer with any form of mental or physical disability. If you work in a field with people who are disabled, you should fin know better...shame on you for not understanding...maybe it is time to find a more suitable career, perhaps as an auto mechanic or plumber, where you can deal with actual systems being retarded. Wise up people! If you are going to use a word, please learn to use a dictionary first!
