This 2 bedroom house at 2403 Orleans was closed down for lead. Owner took down the sign that said LEAD WARNING NO OCCUPANCY sign from City and Health Dept. He didnt fix the place and now renting it out again to latinos . A couple came to look at house so I run across the talk to the guy working on steps . I talk loud enough so the people inside can hear me saying the house has lead . Anyways they heard me and left . I told the guy working that I work for tenants rights and I havent seen anyone making corrections for the lead issue and the house has been reinspected . I made him aware that I live across street and I am watching . Have seen anyone else looking at the house
