This FOR REAL happened: I boarded a plane from CMH to ATL on the way to Dallas. Sitting in the exit row, I looked over at the guy next to me right before take off & he was reading a textbook. Look closer - the heading on the page says something to the effect of how to pilot during a take-off. I get a little antsy. Not five minutes after we take off, he opens his iPad and on the screen pops up this map with all these coordinates and flight patterns, with a compass at the bottom. He intently watches this, then starts typing codes like HACCOM. Then the screen flashes change flight pattern. Then a white screen with instructions pops up. Then all these number codes with the heading Atlanta Hartsfield Airport come up. Then he starts looking back and forth between the screen and his window. I seriously almost freaked out on the plane .... Cmon man!!!!!!
