This Friday 12 Sept the B. Globe published that police paid more than 66.000 dollars to a witness to testify against the defendant Dzhokhar Tsarnaev #Jahar. I asked: This is legal? And someone told me: Yes. I dont believe it could be legal, it sounds a lot like a prostitution of Justice and a perversion of the law but we are seeing violations and irregularities and scandals enough in this and many other cases to dont wonder this is being tolerated in court. Then, if prosecutors pay witness the defense has the right to do the same because the law states that the defense has the right to present witness in favor of the defendant in the same conditions as the accusers. It should be not a question of money when the government has more than 1.000 people working in the prosecution of this case, all of them equally involved in lies and fabrications before the court and the press and very concerned in the cover up. But I really will wonder if the defense will be allowed to do the same. Who want to be a witness for the defense even if they dont allow to you to lie and they ask to you to say the truth? Of course I want and I dont care if Im not paid so much! But Im not sure if there will be many people so generous like me. After the government hides behind an alleged lack of money to deny to the defendant his most basic human rights it is the way they are spending the fabulous amounts of money that they got with the slander and the propaganda in the corporate media with the case to solve the life to any real criminal. Some people pretends that the law is a choice but as you can see the only choice for many people is the absence of it in the courts where are invoked the local rules to run the most basic human rights and the Constitution. You also must remember that the defendant in this case just loosed his brother assassinated by police probably for refusing to become an FBI informant and one of his friends (Konstantin Morozov) is suffering indefinite detention under the NDAA also for refusing the same. If do you think this has nothing to do with you, you should remember that this case is used to past draconian laws like the NDAA, CISPA and others, and that if the charges are dropped by lack of evidences like the law and the Constitution require the records of the judicial procedures should be deleted and not any prosecutor will be allowed to use it like judicial precedent against any other citizen. Instead if the accusers could get a wrong conviction against this innocent guy because their lack of any ethical limitation to their violations the case and its records will be used against any other citizen in the future (it will be law in the form of jurisprudence). We all were hoping that the reenacted scenes and fake videos made by actors simulating being the brothers to incriminate them and to confuse the public opinion should be stopped in court because it is a capital case where the defendant is facing the death penalty and it requires seriousness in the handling of the law and in the examination of witnesses, evidences. and procedures but obviously it is not being that. The defense has the right to interrogate and examine any witness that the accusers would to use against the defendant. It happens with the paid informants? NO! I never heard these people exposed to the questions of the defense in any case. The informants just are invited to go to court to lie and to get easy money and to run without thinking about the consequences. In this way the police is being also allowed to lie in court to present their story as being credible when they have not evidences. Meanwhile they are also allowed to hide basic information to the defense like fingerprint analysis and ballistic test. They lied in media and they will be allowed to lie also in court without fear of being punished for commit perjury. Then, you wonder why the truth never arrives to you?
