This Friday 2nd is CHOPPER DAY! Chopper Day is the Northern Region Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter’s new annual appeal day. chopperday.au On Chopper Day we ask your Help to: Help us build awareness of the life saving work the chopper does, throughout our vast Northern NSW flight region. Help us paint the towns and villages red and yellow to remind people that the chopper is on hand if they or a loved one should ever need it. Help us by dropping a donation in a bucket, or CLICK HERE to donate online, and get involved in one of our Chopper Day events. All monies fundraised within our flight region, stay in the region, and go directly towards not only maintaining, but developing the Service. These funds in turn, help us to provide the aircraft, pilots, aircrew, engineers and equipment needed to ensure we can transport medical teams and patients swiftly and safely to hospital.
