This Government has reduced all Police Authority budgets and made 17,500 police officers (UK wide) Redundant, Voluntary Redundant or Voluntary Early Retired. I witnessed 2 drunk men smash a car windscreen,with a wheelie bin and threaten to KILL the Driver and 2 Passengers. The damaged car drove off followed by the 2 drunk men in another car. The POLICE arrived 3 HOURS later. I volunteered as a witness but, the Police were not bothered as, the victims did not press charges. Probably afraid! I bet this will Not be Recorded as a Crime. If, the Police can no longer protect us I will happily pay someone else to do so!!, Where do I sign up?
