This Is Called Tricep Push-Ups This drill works the back part of your arms. A lot of men and women wanted me to make a video showing how this exercise works. You must make sure your legs are lock straight (no bending at the knees). Make sure your arms is what brings you up and down. You can use stairs, bench, bleachers etc. You can start with small rep counts. But make sure you do a lot each day to turn some of that fat into muscle and burn the rest up with daily cardio. AND FEMALES NO YOU WONT LOOK LIKE A MAN IN THE ARMS. NOW GO BURN THAT FAT UP!
