This Saturday, November 15 is Spencers Ham Jam BBQ/Chili Cookoff at the Navarro County Youth Expo in Corsicana. Come out and cook or judge!! We still need both! Judging times are: Beans-11:00 am Chili- noon Chicken-1:00 pm Ribs-2:00 Brisket-3:00 Meat items: $25 each or $60 for all 3. Chili-$18 Beans- $10-50% payback. Trophies will also be given and this is a CASI Sanctioned Event. There will also be a Silent Auction on Saturday, starting at 11am.
