This Wednesday, June 4th, we will be hearing an address from Her Excellency Marina Kaljurand, the Ambassador of Estonia to the United States, titled Estonias Foreign Policy and Cyber Security. Given Russia’s assertiveness in the “Near Abroad”, Estonia is in a very unique position. Estonia, a member of both NATO and the European Union, is in very close proximity to Russia geographically and has been victim of a cyber-attack. As the United States observes Russian behavior and the events unfolding in the region, the Ambassadors insights will be extraordinarily helpful. It is both an honor and pleasure to welcome Her Excellency Marina Kaljurand to the Council.
