This article is nicely done. People imposing their religious beliefs on their employees are just picking and choosing which aspects of their personal belief system they want to use to deny rights to other people. They are not required to be morally consistent, so they are basically just doing whatever they want, under the protection of religious expression. Gross. Every time you buy a decorative platter from Hobby Lobby with a Bible verse stamped across it, you have funded the companys fight against the HHS contraception mandate. But youre also sending a chunk of change to a country that forces people to abort their children, flouts basic standards of workplace dignity, and denies more than a billion people the right to worship.
