This article mentions reason number 5 as: It is commanded. Since the beginning of the religion Christians have honored the commanded observance on the Sabbath. In addition to all of these reasons, it is enough to do it just because God says so. Although this article omits the fact that the Sabbath is on the seventh day beginning from Friday at sunset, this reason is by far the best reason for observing the Sabbath. Simply because God commanded it.
