This article was interesting to me, for several reasons. The first being that Ive seen this happen. On television and in real life, with strangers and people that I know, Ive witnessed it. The second being that Ive probably done it. Perhaps not at the level of the author, but I can certainly remember a time when I said, You LIVE here. How do you not know where the frying pan goes?? And third because it is something I decided long ago that I would not do anymore. And for those of you who know me, you know thats not always the easiest thing I do all day. But the best thing my father ever said to me was, Honey, if this is the worst thing that happens to you all day, youre leading a charmed life. That phrase has become my mantra, and informs my interactions with ALL people...but its MOST important when dealing with the person who is MOST important to me. People may be quick to jump on this woman for being a harpie, being abusive even, but think about this. She saw a problem in her behavior. That right there is something many people cant do. Seeing our own flaws is not something human beings are generally good at. She considered the other persons point of view. She asked and answered what would have happened if the roles were reversed. And she made a decision to change herself, and improve/save her marriage. sunnyskyz/blog/610/I-Wasn-t-Treating-My-Husband-Fairly-And-It-Wasn-t-Fair
