A local and virtual NOBLE team assembles to get him to safety. Lifted from the streets, by one who could not look away. His ravaged body then hooked to an IV, by a local hospital in Mexico, as a rescue is sought to take him on. Enter: The Mutt Scouts - who have a soft spot for the special kids.
