This clip had me in tears of complete joy. The lady guest releases so much uptight emotion and releases her entire body and mind through laughter then realises life is so simple and full of beauty. She can see she has been hanging on and now is on the rod to letting go. She senses this from her heart and soul from an intuitive place inside full off wisdom and insight. The male guest had me in stiches. You can truly see a moment when he gets IT he understands his place here and his connection to life. The need to let life pour through you rather than fighting to hold it in your hand. Its amazing and what a lovely Buddha man.
