This clip starts where the boards attorney confirms the de novo hearing and that all testimony prior to October 14, 2014, should be disregarded in the 17 Mine Street matter. And then the NB director of planning and development, Glenn Patterson, tells the board that they cant find the required Environmental Impact Statement that the applicant shouldve submitted (or they misplaced it).
