This coming Weeks Schedule (Week #3 if you are following the Hal Higdon program) Monday- Stretch and Strength Training Scott Caldwell s Bootcamp 5:30am and/or 5:30pm if doing this (upper Body) Evening Jog- Please post if you want to run that evening. Evening Runners have typically been Jenna Pippin Leslie Carpenter Albritton Amy Keifenheim Ines Shahien Kristy Chambliss April Allen Picard Tues- 3.5 mile run 5:30AM Meet at Forysthe Parking Lot by kids playground Evening Jog-TBA Wed- 2 mile run or Cross Train 5:30am or 5:30pm Bootcamp (Lower Body) 6:00pm ULM Track- come get in a speed workout with the Fitright guys!!! Free and very helpful. Make sure to bring or wear a stopwatch Thurs- 3.5 mile run 5:30am Meet at Forysthe Parking Lot by Kids playground. Evening Jog-TBA Friday- Rest 5:30am bootcamp (ab day) Sat- 5 mile Long Group Run 6:00 AM Meet at Caroline Ernsts Home in WestLakes in WM at 105 Temecula Drive. She will post the route later this week and will have out water along the run. Big thank you to Caroline for organizing this run Sun- 40 min cross train
