This community organization is in need of a major boost in donations of toys and clothes and other donations to help fulfill the Christmas wishes, now of over 2,000 community children who signed up whose parents are incarcerated!! The Christmas Program and Festival scheduled for December 20th from 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM at the headquarters located at 6855 South Emerald is called CHIPS (children of incarcerated parents) and last year they served over 700 children between the ages of 1-18 and again this year over 2,000 have signed up.
