This cop should be charged with battery and taken to the justice system another rouge cop who gets to do anything he wants to do. So he beats woman Why when will the cops stop and not be criminals when will they get the message that the public tired of this too. As to others helping how they would than be arrested for helping the poor woman what next he shoots someone for what. To provoke a hate crimes against the public I call it economic suppression at its best I hope something is done soon because the truth needs to be dealt with cops they say they serve the public rather its beat you up to say what that they did a job. No public servant has the right to be doing this to the public. Dispicable
