This does not have anything to do with our group, but I am part of a group that monitors Craigslist posts - CL says that dogs are it allowed to be sold on CL but there are thousands of ads each day across the country - which of course encouraged every drugging backyard breeder wanting to make money! When I see people lust digs for free, I send then a note advising of the perils of free dogs - dog fighters wanting bait dogs, sick POS who finally get caught torturing and murdering dogs and where do the bulk of them come from - you guessed it - CL. So I advise them to check vet references, do a home check, etc., as many do not know they can legally do this. When it comes to the greedy backyard breeders, I usually thank them for bringing more dogs into this world that has such an overwhelming overpopulation crisis, and thanking them for adding to the problem. So this is a message I just got back from a backyard breeder - thought you might find it interesting! Thank you for your reply. And thank you for taking the time in this overpopulated ignorant world in which we live. You are obviously contributing your ignorance. Thank you for doing your part. Have a great day and I hope you find something better to do with your time than email your ignorance. Good luck. :) So I told the piece of shit if he wanted to see ignorance, he should just look in the mirror! No way to rationalize with these assholes, but if I can be a thorn in their side, you better believe I will be!
