This entire Bergdahl matter is disconcerting. I am so sick of people who fancy themselves as enlightened screaming for more information, grasping for his motives, and asking if he was cognizant of the details of desertion? I remember in boot camp standing in a tower filled with tear gas, being directed to remove my gas mask and recite my 11 general orders. I was nearly blind, slinging snot like a Brahma bull, Sir my fifth general order is to not leave my post until properly relieved, sir! He was aware. Most maddening is this effusively smug, vapid little blonde bimbette for the State Department proclaiming that Bergdahls comrades are not the best informed on this subject, but Bergdahl himself. Right sweet pea! Hes a proven man of honor. We can trust HIM implicitly!
