This goes out to all over the minnesota union contractors that only,,,, employe white men as foreman and project superintendents... and show only show the ropes to friends or buddies .. im not against white men ,,,it always the bullie from high school whos running the show out on the job sites .. not all men,,,, but a lot of them or are felons ,, the union discimanate and so do the contractor... if your a woman or someone of color ... these companies dont advance because of ,,gender or race there needs to be... change... its really bad out here in a field.... i love take a stand even my union have no women in these position of power???? why???? .. my local laborers union out of 563 make over 700.000.00 in annual wages for what???????????? they dont get you work!!! if your a woman!!!!!!,,and it wont ever match what my job dispatcher does for men ,, will never match what they dont do for women.... out here im proof,,, and if they dont like you they make it impossible for you to find work ,, unless your smarter or more clever and you do find a decent company like i just did .. my union is so unfair to me they get me fired .... thanks M for hurting my carreer ,, i will never take being called a c-word by a forman and get fired for telling on him as the right action because hes friends to the owner of the company im going to retire from this field but i hope the companies change,, here an example .. company k an As 300 hundred trucks maybe ,,i woman drive one to a meeting,, saftey director not one woman ,, men with no formal education as foreman 100% only promtional skills showing the ropes skills women zero prove me wrong its not a fair feild and no one addresses it for women or minorities or women of color..
