This has been the day from hell. First, I put Levi out and started the dishes. He managed to get his leash caught on the down rain pipe at the corner of the house and in trying to get back to the door he bent the thing around the corner and in his defence it wasnt secured to the bricks at the bottom. I saw his struggling, put on my boots and promptly fell on the ice outside the back door. Now my back is extremely sore. I decided that it was time to get Levi used to walking on his leash again so I tried in the house rewarding him every time he did what he was supposed to. Abby then tried to get the treats from my pocket and knocked me almost over. I took Levi outside on the driveway to try again and he was doing OK but Abby started to bark (because she was alone) so I brought him in only to find that Abby had peed on the floor. I put her in her crate and left her for about an hour and when I let her out they both decided to fight and knocked a whole lot of things over. When I yelled at them to stop they both started barking at me. They are quiet now so I think I just may put them out of my room, shut the door and have a good cry while I rub my very sore back.
