This has been the toughest year we have seen in the park since I have been the manager. December and January were horrible. Rain and 50 degrees one day, followed by -35 degrees the next. Sleet, freezing rain, build the park, rebuild the park... there however was one constant ray of hope through all the madness, one person who showed up everyday with the biggest smile on his face just stoked to shred regardless of what shit storm mother nature conjured up..... Spencer Davis. At one point it got so frustrating, to keep the crew motivated I would yell we are doing this for Spencer! and we would trudge out and make sure the park was at its best, knowing no matter what he would be there to shred. . So without further ado I would like to congratulate our dude Spencer Davis ...... Winner of the Windells Camp Session and the Sugarbush Parks Rider of the Year 2014! It has been a privilege to have him call our park home and to watch his riding progress out of sheer love of snowboarding!
