This has got to be the low point, the cops stalked the gentleman, assulted him while one cop held his hands and then cuffed him? Is it me or is something inherently wrong here? Instead of trying to diffuse the situation, the cop in the back starts preparing for a confrontation, pulling on gloves and flexing. This shows a co-ordinated effort to demean and beat into submission a helpless public. Something must be done and soon, or pretty soon the pot will boil over with devasting consequences. A black cop too, makes it even more disgusting and hurtful to watch.
