This historic home used to sit at 513 n Maple St and was built by a famous architect. But unfortunately it was demolished just like so many for the sake of progress!!! I would like to put together a group of like-minded people to make any and all efforts to ensure the revitalization of historic downtown Murfreesboro just as other cities such as Franklin have done the same. Streets such as maple, walnut, academy, spring church, lytle, college and so many more- need to have our heritage preserved Im saved for future generations! Another idea of this group is getting together individuals that would like to see our historic 1870s train depot purchased by the city and made of use weather has a museum or something dedicated to our great history... Please let me know if you are interested so I can create this group and see what we are able to accomplish together.
