The commission, in its resolution, said Seattleites should “boycott purchases” from “D.C. team sponsors, which include FedEx, Bank of America, Bud Light, Ameritel, Ticketmaster and StubHub among others.” It urged local residents to write letters to these companies explaining why they are “ceasing to use their goods and services.” Why the strong boycott call?
