This is Insanity. My daughter is having trouble in Math,... Not because she cant add and subtract, etc and get the Correct Answer,... No she can do that fine,... But look at what else they want you to do to add two simple numbers. Common Core,... What happened to Common Sense? Go back to carry,.. It works on the Abacus,.. In every country and culture for thousands of years. See that Calculator, or Calc program on your phone,... Guess what, thats just an electronic Abacus,... It uses Carry. Still the fastest way to crunch numbers, Abacus,... NOT Common Core!!!!! When kids get a failing grade for using simple addition and getting the Correct Answer,... But they didnt use 1/2 page of paper and show every relationship between every number, and find ways to make them add up to 10,... Thats Insanity!!!!!
